FIRST SLICE PIE CAFE
Last year, the AlphaGraphics Makeover headed to the Windy City and teamed up with local non-profit, First Slice Pie Café, to revamp their brand and storefront so they could better connect with their community. The results were stunning and we’re so proud to have helped a deserving business like First Slice.

- No purchase necessary, and a purchase will not enhance the participant’s chance of winning.
- How to Enter. . One entry per email; duplicates will not be accepted as an entry. To enter, either: a) follow the Enter to Win and submit a form; or b) on a piece of 3” x 5” paper, print your name, complete address (no p.o. boxes), daytime number and date of birth, and mail it to AlphaGraphics, Inc., 143 Union Boulevard, Suite 650, Lakewood, CO 80228, attn: Marketing. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Entries become the property of AlphaGraphics, Inc. Entries must be received by January 10, 2020, when the contest ends.
- Eligibility. Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age and older as of November 20, 2019, except for employees of AlphaGraphics, Inc. or its affiliates and members of their immediate family or household. Void where prohibited.
- Selection. Winner will be selected based on AlphaGraphics Inc.’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Winners will be contacted and notified by February 3, 2020. Failure to respond to any winner notification within three business days may result in forfeiture of prize. Winner must return a release on AlphaGraphics, Inc.’s standard form within 14 days of notice, and failure to do so results in forfeiture of the prize. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this contest, entrants waive right to, and hold harmless AlphaGraphics, Inc. and its affiliates and franchisees from, any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest. Winner agrees to participate in a launch event hosted by AlphaGraphics, Inc. at the winner’s business and appear for other activities including filming/audio/video or other recording and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by AlphaGraphics, Inc. in its sole discretion. Acceptance of the prize also constitutes permission to AlphaGraphics, Inc. and its affiliates and franchisees to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval except where prohibited by law. AlphaGraphics, Inc. will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest, or announcement of the prize. AlphaGraphics reserves the right to cancel or modify this contest in any manner it deems appropriate, and all federal and state laws apply.
- Prize. One winner will be selected to receive a business makeover valued at approximately $10,000.00 retail. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. AlphaGraphics, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a winner is disqualified, AlphaGraphics, Inc. will either choose an alternate winner or the prize will remain un-awarded.
- Choice of Law and Forum: entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this context and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this contest and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.
